On the morning of August 9, 2024, at the Hai Nam Group’s factory, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Police conducted a large-scale provincial-level fire fighting and rescue drill. The exercise involved nearly 300 personnel from 13 different units, along with specialized fire fighting and rescue equipment.

The simulated scenario involved an electrical short circuit causing a fire and explosion in the fuel and finished products storage area of the Hai Nam factory. Upon receiving the alert, provincial fire fighting forces quickly arrived on the scene, implementing measures to extinguish the fire and prevent it from spreading. Simultaneously, rescue units were mobilized to coordinate the evacuation and rescue of individuals trapped in the hazardous area.
